License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own devices. The free tier is available at no cost; Pro features unlock with a one-time purchase through Google Play and remain available for the supported lifetime of the app, including future updates at no extra cost.

Not medical advice

SmartSight AI provides fitness, form and nutrition guidance for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always train within your limits and consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

Purchases & refunds

Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it in compliance with applicable laws.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damages arising from your use of the app.
